Satterlee fifth in Late Model National Open at Selinsgrove Speedway
A doubleheader weekend kicked off on Friday for Gregg Satterlee with a trip to New York's Outlaw Speedway for the Jay's Automotive United Late Model Series-sanctioned MacMillan Memorial.
After finishing fourth in his heat race, Satterlee retired early from the 40-lap feature on lap 19.
He rebounded on Saturday at Selinsgrove Speedway during the Late Model National Open. A strong fourth-to-second run in his heat secured him a spot in the $10,000-to-win A-Main, where he drove to a fifth-place finish behind Mason Zeigler, Jeff Rine, Hayes Mattern, and Gene Knaub.
